Most of us have probably experienced the so-called "brain fog", even if we were not aware of it. Brain fog is a confused feeling when we can't concentrate, feel exhausted, yet still can't sleep or relax, or forget things or make simple mistakes or inattentive mistakes. Brain fog can be triggered by anything from lack of sleep, hormonal changes, to health problems such as anxiety, viral illness and Lyme disease. Because of the newness of the problem, no research has yet been done on the long-term effects of microplastics, but it is already clear that they are harmful to our health and the environment.

Public perception mostly focuses on the negative aspects of introverts, which identifies them as withdrawn, quiet, shy and anxious people. However, this is far from the reality. Introverted workers have a lot of potential.

It is not always easy to build and maintain relationships at work, as they require time and energy. However, the effort is worth it, as positive workplace relationships contribute to the achievement of common goals and increase the chances of success at work.
