Mi történik ballonjainkkal miután kifogynak?
Egy biztos, hogy nem a szeméttelepen végzik, hanem teljes mértékben újrahasznosítjuk. Alapos tisztítás után újratöltjük ballonjainkat ásványvízzel. Ti csak annyit láthatók, hogy az üres ballonok helyett új teli ballonokat hoznak a szállítók. Mi történik a háttérben? Megtudhatjátok tőlünk!

Hova kerülnek az üres ásványvizes ballonok?Az üres ballonokat a Káli-medencében fekvő Monostorapáti üzemünkbe szállítják. Ahol első lépésként ellenőrzik a ballonok épségét. A sérült ballonokat kiválogatják és újrahasznosítják a műanyagot. Az ép ballonok megkezdik útjukat a magyar gyártmányú gépsoron, hogy újratöltsék őket. Első állomáson a gép leszedi a kupakokat róla, amik szintén újra hasznosításra kerülnek. Ezt kővetően kivülről egy magas nyomású víztisztításon esik túl a ballon, majd következik a háromfázisú belső tisztítás. A makulátlan tisztaságú ballonokba ezután kerül érintetlenül a 200 méter mélyről feltörő Monti ásványvíz. |
Mi garantálja az ásvványvíz minőségét?A felszínre hozott ásványvíz zárt rendszerben közvetlenül a ballonokba töltjük a legszigorúbb higiéniai és minőségi előírásoknak megfelelően. A víz minőségét az ÁNTSZ akkreditált vizsga laboratóriumában heti ütemterv szerint ellenőrizzük. Végezetül rákerül az új kupak, ami megvédi az ásványvizet minden szennyeződéstől, így garantálja frisségét és minőségét hosszútávon. Ha mindez megvan, megkapja végső simításként a három színes címke egyikét és már indul is útjára otthonodba vagy irodádba. |
