Report an error
In case you experience any fault in our machines our colleagues from the service department will rush to your side without any delay, but in any case, within 48 hours in order to do all repair work free of charge. In case the repair can not be done on site, we exchange the faulty machine.
Before you call our service department, please be sure to check a few issues:
- Error: The machine does not heat and does not cool the water. It is worth to check whether the machine is plugged in (the connector is plugged in properly into the mains and into the machine, and there is electricity in the room)
- Error: The machine dispenses only cold water even from the hot water tap. Please check whether the switch for the hot water is switched on. You can find this switch on the back of the machine. Please switch it on, if it’s off.
- Error: The machine does not provide carbonated water. Please check whether there is gas in the CO2 bottle.
